Sharp Century Metal Products (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.was established in 2003, it is a high-tech enterprise specializing in researching, designingand manufacturingsheet metal equipment. Utilizing modernbest business practices and richexperience working with advanced sheet metal technology from Taiwan, our company haspassedISO9001:2000. Sharp Century manufacturedair-conditioning unitsfor subway car, Shanghai subway entry/exit gate systems and PDP TV back covers for a number of large-scale domestic and foreign customers. We are continually working to introduce and incorporate new advanced foreign production technology, develop exciting and evolving new product and communicate better with our customers.
Passed Different Certifications
In 2009, in an effort to expand production capabilities, our company established a new manufacturing facility in Songjiang District, focused on the production of a range of new stainless steel products, specifically main structural components of nuclear power plants as well as rail locomotives. The facilities are EN15085, EN287 and EN1418 European quality certified, as well as ISO 038034 welding quality certified, and utilize both temperature and humidity controls. We currently employ a qualified welders and welding operations staff of approximately 40 people, including three employees with IWE (International Welding Engineer) certification.
